Our Admissions Process

We understand that selecting the right school for your child is an extremely important decision, and we are here to support you every step of the way. There are four basic steps to enrollment:

 

Step 1: Schedule a Tour

The best way to learn more about our school is to come for a tour. We offer both group and personal tours, and we look forward to welcoming you to our campus!

 
Step 2: Create an Online Application
 

Applying is easy using our Online Application. To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Then log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

A non-refundable fee of $100 must be submitted with each application.
 
Preschool Families: Please refer to our preschool age requirements and program days/hours to ensure you select the correct program when you apply.

Step 3: Admissions Review/Waitlist 

We are processing applications in the order received. Once we review the application and verify completion of all documentation:

If a seat is available in the desired class:

  • Kindergarten-11th grade: We will reach out to schedule a New Student Assessment.
  • Preschool: We will invite you to enroll.

If a seat is not available, we will place the student on our waitlist. 

 
Step 4: Enrollment and Completion of Financial Contract

Once an available seat has been confirmed, and we have accepted the student based on their program's enrollment criteria, we will invite you to enroll. We will hold your student's seat for five business days from the date of invitation. You will need to complete the online enrollment process and financial contract to secure your seat.

A non-refundable new student enrollment fee of $400 for kindergarten-11th grade and $150 for preschool must be submitted with each enrollment.
